Reason to Smile: I cant have a better start of the weekend the moment I know its Kobe Sizzler time for me ! ;)

Lunch at Kobe sizzlers with garlic bread and sizzling brownie to go with, one cant think of any better start to the weekend time with family and friends :)

Prasad, Mayuri and me met in the evening to catch up on the lost time together. Anirban joined us later at R City Mall. Post that we thought we can hangout at Powai later in the evening for sometime. Muthukumar joined us there for dinner. Kareems is what we chose and Muthu surely had a GALA time ;) (He had ordered for something that was filled with chillies which ideally should not be :P)

A Sunday morning movie show at R Mall, Mulund gave me a glimpse of an empty Mumbai Mall on a Sunday ! :) Prasad, Mayuri, Anirban, Muthu and me watched Hawaizada with empty seats, empty food corners to our disposal and a huge empty Mall :P

Hawaizaada is a hindi movie on a regular guy called Shivkar Talpade who is said to be the first Indian to have INVENTED a flying machine in the end of 19th centuy ! The writ brothers were the first one to fly though after 10 yrs of its invention. This is a true story which is untold and forgotten. Vibhu Puri, the director does a good job of making a movie that sounds and feels more like a musical theatre. The film stars Ayushmann Khurana, Mithun Chakravorthy and Pallavi Sharda in pivotal roles. A good movie for those who wants to know the true story behind how an airplane was invented :)

Honnavar :)

Reason to Smile: The lush green views, the rice and wheat plantations, the foggy mountains, the wet silver curvy roads and we 3 girls on a road trip. It all begins with this thought and check where we land up :) Honnavar - One small city in Karnataka, very close to Kumta, Gokarna, Murudeshwara Temple and many more such popular places. We headed straight to Madhu's native where her uncle lived. Her Mamaji, as we all affectionately called him, greeted us and was very strict about maintaining the schedule of our trip, for he was our official guide to take us to umpteen places around for sight seeing. Kugaon Fort + Palasdeo Temple :)

Reason to Smile: The movie made its roar in the Marathi film industry with all new faces as very sensitive and challenging characters as their debut. I have only heard about the movie and its feel shot at the backdrop of scenic adventure beautified by Kugav Fort near Solapur. I had seen them too in some of their promos on TV. While it looked exuberantly vibrant and beautiful, it was time to see whether it gives the same impact in real lights too ;) So without a doubt, there are number of nature lovers like me who had the same thought running on their minds. Ironically the place becomes just more popular only because its got highlighted in some movie. Or else Kugaon Fort was always there - just that it got visible to the public eye after 56 years of its existence !! Because all this while it was submerged under the crystal clear waters of River Bhima of Kugaon Village. It has significantly no traces of its charm on the web. So, it was surely not google this time to locate the place....
