What-A-Valentine :)

Reason to Smile: It is obviously the love in the air that you begin to see around much before the valentine's day. Love posts on facebook, the music and the songs on the radio tuning it all to love; the programs on TV has relationships advises by the celebrity couples; the so called ordinary couples making plans knowing the 'love day' falls on a weekend; and the singles literally enjoying them :D ;)

I am surely no exception to the 'single' part of the enjoyment :P While we are just longing to have one person by our side, imagine six more coming to you; lifting you up and pushing you to have fun with them !! :D Such are moments of real pleasure and such are the friends for true love :) One such incident happened with me when one evening I was beginning to think about my 'single' weekend plan and there I see my 'gang' :P They came, they conquered.. (eh actually kidnapped), put me in the car and drove me from Churchgate to Borivali for.... ???? Eh.. nothing!!! Oh ya, all of them wanted to shop some adventure gear from Nandu's shop at Gorai. My contribution??? Oh well, as the part of the clan the rule number 1 is - you cant miss any adventure :P be it a trip outside Mumbai or a road trip within Mumbai .. Phew !! :D
I was as sure as any other local Mumbaikar that this road journey to and fro is a criminal amount of time on the road - about 4 hrs !! till  I reach home. But... "What the heck" responds Rahul - "Its Party Time Baby"!! And you dare not say a No to that one now :P So there you go.. !! :D
So while the real time surely took 4 hrs, my clan was already wondering whether I will put this incident as a Reason to smile or being angry !:P LOL :D
Infact they went one step ahead and also suggested that I should start something as a blog post on "reason to being angry" !! Huh? Really !! :D Well to that, I can only vouch of Anger Management taken care for sure :) Love you guys.. You are an awesome bunch of monsters I can count on always ;)

I also had Samir, a dear friend who came down from Surat to celebrate valentines day and thankfully it was the last day to the KGAF. Saw some new postures too around once again and went for this amusingly dark movie called "Fitoor" directed by Abhishek Kapoor. All I can say is - Guys, please don't watch it :P ;)

And then the best thing that can make my valentines day special and literally having to meet the true love of my life - A fabulous, delicious, mouth watering lunch at Kobe Sizzlers !! :D ;) :P Woow, it surely couldn't get better. Thanks Samir :)

Honnavar :)

Reason to Smile: The lush green views, the rice and wheat plantations, the foggy mountains, the wet silver curvy roads and we 3 girls on a road trip. It all begins with this thought and check where we land up :) Honnavar - One small city in Karnataka, very close to Kumta, Gokarna, Murudeshwara Temple and many more such popular places. We headed straight to Madhu's native where her uncle lived. Her Mamaji, as we all affectionately called him, greeted us and was very strict about maintaining the schedule of our trip, for he was our official guide to take us to umpteen places around for sight seeing. Kugaon Fort + Palasdeo Temple :)

Reason to Smile: The movie made its roar in the Marathi film industry with all new faces as very sensitive and challenging characters as their debut. I have only heard about the movie and its feel shot at the backdrop of scenic adventure beautified by Kugav Fort near Solapur. I had seen them too in some of their promos on TV. While it looked exuberantly vibrant and beautiful, it was time to see whether it gives the same impact in real lights too ;) So without a doubt, there are number of nature lovers like me who had the same thought running on their minds. Ironically the place becomes just more popular only because its got highlighted in some movie. Or else Kugaon Fort was always there - just that it got visible to the public eye after 56 years of its existence !! Because all this while it was submerged under the crystal clear waters of River Bhima of Kugaon Village. It has significantly no traces of its charm on the web. So, it was surely not google this time to locate the place....
