Reason to Smile: An experience never before is something I get to feel :)

Truly said, when you have friends who bless you with their heartfelt company, you cant think of it as any less than a family ! For me, till I have friends like Niraj and Snehal, I wont ever miss having a family :) Niraj and Snehal, my buddies for life - it is because of them I have enjoyed most of my precious moments with them. I have the best memories because they make me a part of  those special moments in their life :) My special and heartiest thanks to the both of them.

As usual, Niraj invited me to experience watching a LIVE IPL match between MI and KKR yesterday. I had never seen a stadium before. And this one only made it perfect as a visual. It was probably Wankhede at its best after India vs Pakistan ;) The lights, the 360 degree view of the stadium, the white cheer girls dancing, the 50,000 audience and the ROAR when MI hits a 4 or 6 ! Yes, 90% of the stadium literally looked BLUE ! ;) Cheering for MI did not seem an effort for the crowd at all ! Amusingly, one did not even have to see the match to understand who was winning, the Indians made it all natural :) The Mexican wave, the literally loud shouts on the wickets by MI in the second half; the eternal peace when KKR is playing; and the cinematic silence on the performance at the climax; made it all so larger than life to be REAL ! ;)

And a cherry on the cake - who knew I would ever get to see the legends right in front of my eyes - Amitabh Bacchan and Sachin Tendulkar ! :)

Honnavar :)

Reason to Smile: The lush green views, the rice and wheat plantations, the foggy mountains, the wet silver curvy roads and we 3 girls on a road trip. It all begins with this thought and check where we land up :) Honnavar - One small city in Karnataka, very close to Kumta, Gokarna, Murudeshwara Temple and many more such popular places. We headed straight to Madhu's native where her uncle lived. Her Mamaji, as we all affectionately called him, greeted us and was very strict about maintaining the schedule of our trip, for he was our official guide to take us to umpteen places around for sight seeing. Reason to Smile: The movie made its roar in the Marathi film industry with all new faces as very sensitive and challenging characters as their debut. I have only heard about the movie and its feel shot at the backdrop of scenic adventure beautified by Kugav Fort near Solapur. I had seen them too in some of their promos on TV. While it looked exuberantly vibrant and beautiful, it was time to see whether it gives the same impact in real lights too ;) So without a doubt, there are number of nature lovers like me who had the same thought running on their minds. Ironically the place becomes just more popular only because its got highlighted in some movie. Or else Kugaon Fort was always there - just that it got visible to the public eye after 56 years of its existence !! Because all this while it was submerged under the crystal clear waters of River Bhima of Kugaon Village. It has significantly no traces of its charm on the web. So, it was surely not google this time to locate the place....
